Way to go, US Senate. You just overturned what, for nearly a thousand years, has been the backbone of jurisprudence in the English-speaking world: the right of habeus corpus. Will the Supremes let this stand? And let's take special note of the 11 Democrats on the list--Lieberman doesn't count--and hope those Netroots people target them next.
